Account Lookup - Credit Card

The user can make payments via Account Lookup page.

After entering the amount, clicking upon the Make A Payment link, the user is directed to the Make A Payment page and the page looks as follows:

The Encounter Number, Amount, Patient Name, Email, Mobile Number, Zip Code fields are fetched from the Lookup and auto populated on the respective fields.

By Default Card Present (Manual Entry Only)has been selected.

The user has to fill the Card Information to enable the Review Button.

Clicking upon the Review button, the user is taken to the Review Payment page in a disabled state.

Clicking upon the Confirm button, the Payment is confirmed and the user is navigated to the Payment confirmation page with a success message.
