First-time Login

Upon successful login, users that have not registered are directed to the first-time user registration screen, where they are forced to change their passwords, confirm their email address, and accept the applications terms of use and privacy policy.

The first-time user registration screen contains the following elements:

First-time user registration

  1. Header with Customer Service information, Language drop-down to select application language, and with user's First and Last Name.
  2. Navbar
  3. Current Password field
  4. New Password and Re-enter Password fields, as well as password strength meters
  5. Current Email and Re-enter Email fields
  6. A checkbox for the user to accept the terms of use and privacy policy
  7. Cancel button
  8. Next button, which is disabled by default

If the email address has already been specified at the time of user creation then the Current Email and Re-enter Email fields are auto-filled with the user's email address.

The information icon next to the password fields, displays the Password rules when clicked.

First-time user registration

Password must be 12 characters in length including 1 uppercase letter(s), 1 lowercase letter(s), 1 number(s), and 1 special character(s).

Clicking the Cancel button will take the user back to the login screen. He or she will be taken back to the first-time user registration screen after the next successful login. After filling out all required fields, and clicking the Next button, the user is taken to the security questions screen.

The security question screen contains the following elements:

  2. Security Answer 1/2/3 fields
  3. A button to un-mask the contents of the security answer fields
  4. Cancel button
  5. Save button, which is disabled by default

Clicking the Cancel button will cancel the first-time registration process and take the user back to the login screen. The user will be forced to set up security questions and answers after the next successful login.

The user will be taken back to the login screen with a success message if the registration was successful.

Signup success

The user is notified with an Email and Text message about the password change.

If the user specifies the email address in the First Time user Registration screen then the user gets notified with an Email about the change of password and email.
