My Account¶
The page can be accessed by clicking upon the My Account link on the Preferences menu.
My Account screen allows a user to update his Username, name, language, address, and contact information. Some information, such as the Organization Name, cannot be edited.
- Username — Field auto-populated with the username.
- First Login Date & Time and Last Login Date & Time — Fields with the First and Login date & times of the user
- First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name fields with Prefix and Suffix dropdowns and Gender drop-down to select the Gender of the user, Job Title, Department fields to enter the respective information.
- Language dropdown
- Payment Action to select the mode of payment i.e., Auth or Sale
- Transaction category to select the default terminal type of the user whether Card Present ot Card Not Present
- Demographic Information section with the address information for the user
- Phone Number, Mobile Number, and Fax Number fields with Country Code dropdowns
- Email field with User's email address
- Reset and Save buttons
Clicking the Reset button will clear all user-entered data and restore the default user information.
After modifying/updating the user information, clicking upon the Save button the verify Your Identity popup opens and the user is asked to enter the One-time passcode thay has been sent to the user's Email and a Text message which is part of multi-factor authentication. The popup contains the following elements:
- One-time Passcode — Field to enter the one-time passcode.
- Close — button to cancel the update process and close the popup.
- Submit — button which gets enabled after the one-time passcode field is filled with valid value and clicking upon which the changes are saved for the account.
If the entered passcode is invalid or expired, an error message is displayed as below:
If the user does not have an email or mobile number registered with the application, a message displays in the popup saying that the action cannot be performed.
