Transaction Detail
The Transaction Detail page can be viewed by clicking upon the View link of a transaction row on the Transaction Management page.
The Transaction Detail screen has email and print buttons so that users can email or print the details of a selected payment.
The screen also contains the following elements:
- Attach Transaction Documents button where the User can attach the documents like Receipts, Chargeback Disputes and any other documentation. These Documents reside in the AWS S3 location and will be able to pull on demand.
- Email button to email the transaction details to other email recipients
- Text message button to text message the transaction details to other mobile recipients
- Print button to print the transaction details
- Calendar button to put a reminder if the user wants to
The Transaction detail screen displays with the following payment details:
1. Payer Information — Card/account information and the amount of the payment
2. Billing Information — Billing Information associated with the card/account or user
3. BIN Information — Provides the details of the card to avoid fradulent transactions
4. Payment Response — Payment-related information that comes back from the payment gateway
5. Other Information — Other payment-related information without a specific category
6. Geolocation Information — Information related to geo location
7. Transaction Management button — Takes the user back to the Transaction Management screen
8. Make A Payment button &mdahs; Takes the user to the Make A Payment page
1. Attach Transaction Documents¶
The user can attach the documents like Receipts, Chargeback Disputes and any other documentation. These Documents reside in the AWS S3 location and will be able to pull/download on demand.
By clicking upon the icon, the **Attach Transaction Documents popup displays and contains the following elements.
- Browse — Filed to browse and select the file to upload to the transaction.
- Upload — Button which gets enabled after selecting the file and clicked upon which the file gets uploaded.
- Close — Button to close the popup.
The supported file formats are: .jpg, .png, .xls, .doc, .ppt*, .csv, .pdf
Once the user uploads the document, success message displays and the popup looks as below:
The Action drop-down for the file displays with the Delete and Download options.
By clicking upon the Delete option, the attached file can be deleted and by clicking upon the Download option, the user can download the attached file.
2. Email¶
The User can email the transaction details to other email recipients (upto 5 recipients) by clicking on Email button.
The Email Transaction Details popup displays and contains the following elements:
- Subject — Field to enter the subject for email
- Recipient's Email — Field to enter a recipient's email address
- Re-enter Recipient's Email — Field to re-enter recipient's email address
- Close — Button to close the pop-up and end the process of sending an email
- Add Another Recipient — Button to add more recipient's email addresse(s)
- Send — Droppable Button with English US, French CA, Portuguese BR, and Spanish MX as a language options when clicked sends an email with transaction details to the mentioned recipient(s) in the user prefered language
A success message gets displayed once an Email is sent to the recipient.
3. Text Message¶
The User can text message the transaction details to other recipients (upto 5 recipients) by clicking on Text Message button.
The Text message Transaction Details popup contains the following elements:
- Recipient's Mobile Number — Field to enter the Recipient's Mobile number along with the drop-downs of Country code and Carrier
- Re-enter Recipient's Mobile Number — Field to enter the re-enter Recipient's Mobile number
- Close — Button to close the pop-up and end the process of sending a text message
- Add Another Recipient — Button to add more recipient's mobile numbers
- Send — Droppable Button with English US, French CA, Portuguese BR, and Spanish MX as a language options when clicked sends a text message with transaction details to the mentioned recipient(s)
A success message gets displayed once a Text Message is sent to the recipient.
4. Print¶
The user can Print the transaction details by selecting the Print button in the Transaction Detail screen.
5. Calendar¶
The user can put a reminder of the Payment using the Calendar icon. This icon only displays depending upon the merchant level configurations otherwise it's hidden.
The Payer Information section can be viewed either in Text or in image view by toggling the switch provided. Likewise the Geolocation information also can be viewed as a Map view. The image view looks as follows:
