Login

The login screen is the first screen that displays when the user loads VELA.

The Login screen contains the following elements:

Login screen fields

  1. Header — Header with Customer Service information and also the Language drop-down with the supported languages that the user can use to navigate through the application.
  2. Username, Email, or Mobile # field
  3. Password field
  4. Login button, which is disabled by default
  5. Forgot username? link
  6. Forgot password? link
  7. Switch to Customer Portal link

In order to log in to the application, a user must enter his or her correct username, email, or mobile number and password and click the Login button.

Note

The application supports four languages: English-US, French-CA, Portuguese-BR, and Spanish-MX.
Merchant User, Merchant Admin, and System Admin role users will be using the VELA AdminUI.
