Email Notifications

Welcome Email¶

Welcome email received by the user when the System Admin adds a new user.

Forgot Username¶

Email received by the user when the user retrieves the forgotten username via email.

Forgot Password¶

Email received by the user when the user retrieves the forgotten password via email.

Invalid Security Answer Attempts¶

User gets locked when an invalid security answer(s) is entered while retrieving the password via Forgot Password process.

Sign Up¶

An email is received by the user when the user self enrolls to the application.

Change Email¶

An email is sent to the user's old and new email addresses of the user when the user changes the email address via Change email page.

Change Password¶

An email is recieved by the user when the user changes his/her password.

Edit Security Questions and Answers¶

An email is sent to the user when the user changes any of security questions or answers.

Payment¶

An email with payment details can be sent to the Recipient via email icon on the payment confirmation/payment detail page.

Add Gift card¶

An email with Gift Card details is sent to the user when a Gift Card is added.

Deactivate Gift Card¶

An email is sent to the user when a Gift card has been deactivated.

Reactivate Gift Card¶

An email is sent to the user when a Gift card has been deactivated.
