My Account

The My Account screen can be accessed by selecting My Account link in the Preferences tab in the navbar.

The My Account screen allows a user to update his/her Username, name, language, address, and contact information. Some information, such as the Organization Name, Email address, Status, First Login Date/Time, Last Login Date/Time cannot be edited.

Edit Profile screen

  1. Username, First Login Date & Time, Last Login Date & Time, First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name fields with Prefix and Suffix dropdowns
  2. Job Title, and Department fields
  3. Preferred Language dropdown to select a language
  4. Payment Action — displays with two radio buttons Auth and Sale to choose the default mode of Payment for the customer user
  5. Transaction Category — displays with two radio buttons Card Not Present and Card Present to choose the default mode of the Transaction Category
  6. Demographic information for the user which includes address fields
  7. Phone Number, Fax Number, and Mobile Number fields with Country Code dropdown
  8. Email field with email address of the user and First Login Date & Time, Last Login Date & Time with the respective information
  9. Reset button which resets the applied modifications and
  10. Save button — saves the updated information

Clicking the Reset button will clear all user-entered data and restore the default user information. Clicking Save button will save the new user information.
