Change Password

The Change Password screen allows a user to change his or her password.

The screen contains the following elements:

Change Password

  1. Current Password — The user's current password
  2. New Password and Re-enter Password — The password the user would like to change to
  3. Reset and Save buttons

Current Password must match the user's current password or else an inline error will display.

Change Password error

Clicking the Reset button will clear the fields of any user-entered data. Clicking Save will update the user's password.

Change Password successful

A confirmation will be sent to the user via email and a text message to the user's mobile number.
