New users that are created by system admins will receive an email and text message confirming their new account and welcoming them to the application.

Via Email¶

The user will receive a Welcome Email when a user has been created by Admin user.

Via Text Message¶

The user will receive a Welcome Text Message when a user has been created by Admin user.
