Text Message Notifications

Welcome Text Message¶

Welcome message received by the user when the user is created by System Admin:

Forgot Username¶

When the user retrieves the forgotten Username via Text Message.

Forgot Password¶

When the user retrieves the forgotten password via Text Message.

Invalid Security Answer Attempts¶

User gets locked when an invalid security answer is entered while retrieving the password and a text message is sent to the user regarding the same.

Sign Up¶

When a User self enrolls to the application, then the user receives a welcome text message.

Change Email¶

When a user changes the email address, then the user is notified with a text message that the email address has been changed.

Change Password¶

When a user changes his/her password the user is notified with a text message that the password has been changed.

Edit Security Questions and Answers¶

When a user changes any of the Security questions or answers of his account, then the user gets notified with a text message.

Payment¶

The payment details can be sent to recipient via Text Message icon on the Payment Confirmation page.

Add Gift Card¶

The Gift Card details are sent via text message to the user when a Gift card has been added.

Deactivate Gift Card¶

A text message is sent to the user when a Gift card has been deactivated.

Reactivate Gift Card¶

A text message is sent to the user when a Gift card has been reactivated.
